Vertigo consisted of Terry Ivey on lead vocals, Paul Weidick on bass, Mike Weidick (me) on guitar and had drummers Carl Harrell and Tom Harris play at different times. We played a lot of Judas Priest, UFO, Ozzy, Scorpions, Krokus, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Y&T and even some Motorhead among others. The 16 ft wingspan flying metal monster you see with the bat wings, skull and ribcage was ours, built to our design by a guy  who usually made tiny versions for The Little Big Store. After a "Name The Monster" contest at The Creek , he was from here on out known as "Clyde."
